  • RETURNS: If the item is returned in re-sellable form, a refund check will be issued to you for the original purchase price.  We are sorry this item didn't work out and hope that you will consider shopping with us again in the future!
  • EXCHANGES: Please confirm the new size & color you wish to exchange in place of your returned item in your returned item package.  


GIFT ITEMS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
How to Order a GIFT SUBSCRIPTION or SEND GIFT ITEMS once desired subscription/items are in the cart:
  1. Put the profile under the gift recipient's name and shipping address.
  2. Fill in YOUR billing address, and either the gift recipient's OR your email and phone information.
  3. When you get to the payment page (after the shipping options page): Put YOUR name as the credit card holder or pay via PayPal with YOUR account.
  4. Optional: On the payment page (in the Notes Section at the bottom): Put YOUR name to be included as the gift sender.
